Some of the recipes include Caramel Popcorn, Cran Crackle Bars, and Chocolate Peppermint sticks. Her blog has lots of great Do-It-Yourself projects to do with the little ones as well.
The blanket is generously sized. At 44" square, its size makes it useful for so many different things. The blanket swaddles nicely and is a great weight. The 100% flannel fabric is lightweight but warm and super soft. It folds up nicely and can easily be thrown in the diaper bag to take along with you on outings. The blanket also washes up nicely. Sometimes, when new things are washed, the edges will curl up or the shape of the item isn't the same. That never happened with this blanket. The edges stayed nice and crisp and the flannel became even softer! The craftsmanship of Ahmelie's work is wonderful. You can tell that a lot of handmade love and time went into her products.
