Over at gDiapers they have a saying; "Fair Dinkum". Fair Dinkum is an Australian expression that means being genuine and real with everyone you encounter. Now that is something we should all strive towards. And that is the philosophy that gDiapers has towards business, people and the planet. By offering their team members generous paid time off, flexible work scehdules and on-site child care, gDiapers can concentrate their efforts on bringing you a wonderful product!
gDiapers offers a hybrid cloth diapering system. There is an option for biodegradable flushable inserts as well as a cloth insert option. The biodegradable inserts break down in 50-150 days; much better that over 500 YEARS for disposable diapers. (Take a look at this video to see for yourself). The gDiaper system has three parts; the gPants or shell, the nylon liner and the insert. To use simply pick a gPants shell up, snap in the liner and place an insert inside. The liner is there to cut down on the number of gPants you have to wash. No need to replace the whole system every change, just replace the insert for wet diapers and snap out the liner for dirty ones. The cloth inserts are microfleece on one side and a blend of hemp and cotton on the other. The microfleece, designed to go next to baby, wicks away moisture and keeps Baby feeling dry and comfortable. The hemp/cotton fabric absorbs wetness and hold in moisture.
The gDiapers website is full of useful and informative pages. Check out the "Getting Started" page for what you would need for every stage of diapering your child in gDiapers. There is also a page for tips and some troubleshooting ideas for cloth diaper users.
I would like to thanks gDiapers for being part of A Merry Fluffy Christmas! They have contributed a generous prize package but you'll have to wait until December to see it!
