MilkMadeMomma was created quite by accident. Or a stroke of genius. Or both. Frustrated by the side effects and high cost of disposable nursing pads, Becca bought my first wool sweater and made herself a set of nursing pads- badly stitched, but they worked. And they worked SO well, that she made some for a close friend who was struggling through her second bout of mastitis. She raved about those nursing pads to anyone who would listen, and everyone said Becca should start selling them. So she opened an Etsy.com selling account, and MilkMadeMomma was born!

Its been nearly a year since her store opened, and the Mission is still the same; To bring a reasonably priced product, made with care out of Organic, Natural, or Repurposed materials. To encourage Mom and Baby bonding through nursing aids, whether it be helping milk supply (WoollyMomma Wool Nursing Pads, Contoured Leakproof Pads), comfortable public nursing (Rigid neckline Nursing Covers), breast care (WoollyMomma Lanolin), or care items for Natural Diapering (WoollyBaby Bottom Cream/Green Tush Organic Wipes). Becca treats every order as if she were sewing for herself, and treats every Momma like she is Becca's only customer in the world.
